Friday – Welcome & Warm-Up

Drinks and food are sold at the bar, cannot bring outside food or drinks unless it's a birthday cake. If we want to go longer, we can, assuming no other reservations after us. We don't have to be there exactly at 8PM either. We booked 1 hour before just to avoid having to sit and wait for people to bail out and clean. Make some early introductions if you get to town and aren't too tired from traveling. Chill hangout in GoGo's VIP karaoke room!

The venue has told us “We will divide the group in smaller tables which will allow individuals or couples to let the server know and accommodate the group” in regards to our reservations. Let's get everyone together for the first time if we can and start off the main event day with a delicious brunch to give us energy for the shenanigans to come!

Afternoon

Free time to explore, chill, or team up with your linkshells and friend groups. We'll also share a list of recommended activities and local attractions closer to September.

Saturday Dinner @Texas de Brazil

Let's make sure we get the whole gang together to kick off the evening, sign some T-shirts, hand out swag, and enjoy some amazing food that's all you can eat! Chef-crafted gourmet salad area, traditional side items and various cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage carved tableside. Includes non-alcoholic beverages (fountain soda, regular coffee and regular iced tea) with complimentary refills, as well as dessert (bananas foster pie or key lime pie). Our reservation is for $72 per person for the evening, plus gratuity.
